Adeys – Grocers on the corner of Hyde End Road\/The Square<\/strong><\/p>\n

The land that makes up Tall Trees, along with Sheraton House, and another chalet bungalow, originally covered the corner of Hyde End Road and The Square, and on it sat a small shop. At one point known as “Adeys” it was a baker, confectioner and grocer. \u00a0A number of people remember “Adeys” and have told us memories regarding their experiences of the store – we have attempted to retell them in village books.<\/p>\n

In 2013 upon when the inhabitant of Tall Trees sadly died, these receipts were found, showing it’s illustrious history.<\/p>\n
